Absolutely a hidden gem in warminster. I always order the large sushi platter that’s only 35ish bucks for 7 rolls! We get a bunch of sides and apps and we family style. My go to place for sushi

We ordered the Party B platter. And the sushi was incredibly fresh and delicately prepared. The slices of tuna, salmon, eel, and other fish were thin and tasty. The flavors were perfectly balanced. There were no fishy fish taste so that was a win! I did come across one very small fish bone. The food was so good I didn’t even mind the small bone.

As a local medical professional ("ProHealth Family Care & Aesthetics"), I’m often on the go, and V Sushi is my one of the go-to spots for a quick, delicious lunch. Their miso soup and sushi are always fresh, and the staff makes me feel welcome every time. Highly recommend for anyone nearby looking for a quality meal!

Very unassuming strip center store front with one table and bar stools at the sushi bar. Wonderful sushi well prepared. Nice portions. My favorite roll was a specialty sashimi roll without rice. The colorful roll was also very good. My wife won't eat raw. There are cooked options on the menu Very local place. Opened 1 month ago. Help them stay open with your patronization. Very nice staff. Very accommodating. Many delivery options.

Ok... I had to try V Sushi. I'm very fond of Asian cuisines, and V Sushi kept appearing on my Facebook feed. So, my wife and I tried it for dinner tonight. The short version - it's good. Really good. Granted, we didn't sample too many different dishes; we split a kami roll (spicy crab, with cucumber I think). I ordered the hibachi chicken, my wife got the hibachi shrimp. All the dishes were excellent. It's tricky to get a dish like "hibachi chicken" to stand out; it's not typically an exciting Japanese entrée. Nonetheless, the rich flavor caught me by surprise. I had asked them to bring me a small amount of sriracha (hot) sauce on the side, to fulfil my need for spice, but I found that I didn't use ask much as I thought they would. Normally, the sriracha "saves" an otherwise bland dish for me. But between the sauce in which the hibachi was cooked, and the light-colored dipping sauce they provided, I found I didn't really use much of the sriracha, which was a first for me. Our usual go-to has been Mizu, up in Jamison. They're good - but having tried hibachi dishes in both locations, V Sushi wins, hands-down. The only catch - V Sushi has very limited seating. Aside from the sushi bar, they have a single four-person table, which we were lucky enough to get. Clearly, they do most of their business as a take-out restaurant - and it's very likely we will pick up from them in the future. Highly recommended.
